B.A.D. Properties sole purpose is to pave a hazardous one mile dirt roadway that still exists in the community of their hometown. The fight for this roadway was prominent in the early 90's, but the local government turned the protests down. The goal is to buy as much property as possible in the neighborhood and fight for the cause, as kids and taxpaying citizens deal with the damaged roadway.
Along with paving the dirt roadway, B.A.D. aspires to create a community center in the neighborhood as well. Turning a B.A.D. situation good is The B.A.D. Way!
